  • potato starch: 250 g
  • Italian flour (type 00): 150 gr
  • sugar: 250 g
  • eggs: 6
  • butter: 50 gr
  • baking powder: 1 packet
  • icing sugar: to taste

  1. Melt the butter in a pan and let it cool.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is thick and foamy. Add the sifted flour, starch and baking powder and the melted butter and mix until uniform.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Butter and flour the bowl and put the batter inside.
  5. Close the lid, select the CAKE program, set power level 2, set 45 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. Remove the cake from the bowl, let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
