  • Suckling lamb cut in pieces: 1 kg
  • fresh potatoes: 600 gr
  • sunflower seed oil: lev 5
  • salt and pepper: to taste
  • sage, rosemary, thyme: 2 tablespoons
  • white wine: 1/2 glass

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the lamb pieces, oil, sage, rosemary and thyme in the bowl, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 45 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. After about 4 mins, add the wine and cook for another 6 min.
  4. Add the potatoes, salt and pepper and cook for the remaining time, stirring the potatoes by hand 2-3 times during cooking.
