Ingredients
chicken thighs: 1 kg
potatoes: 500gr
celery stalk: 1
carrots: 1
onion: 1/2
salt: to taste
pepper: to taste
tomato sauce: 250 gr
sunflower oil: lev 5
olives: 10-15
Method
Calories: 446
Remove the paddle from the bowl.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Chop the onion, celery and carrot.
Put the onion, celery and carrot in the bowl along with the oil, close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4 , set 80 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
Sauté for 3 minutes then add the chicken, salt and pepper.
Cook the chicken for 15 minutes, turning after about 10 minutes.
Add the potatoes, tomato, 200 ml of water and olives and finish cooking (if the sauce is too dry, add water or lower the power level).
Stir the potatoes and chicken periodically for uniform cooking.
