Starter with aubergines and goat cheese.

  • Aubergines: 2
  • Goat cheese or ricotta: 100 gr
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Salt: to taste
  • Walnuts: 20 gr
  • Chopped parsley: 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil: lev. 3

  1. Wash the aubergines and cut into thin slices, about 0.4 cm thick.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put some oil in the bottom of the bowl and add the aubergines. Brush the other side of the aubergines and season with salt. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 3, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Remove the aubergines when they are ready and put on a plate to cool. Repeat the operation for the remaining aubergines.
  5. Crush the cheese with a fork, add the chopped parsley, chopped walnuts and garlic and season with salt. Mix well.
  6. Spread the mixture on each slice, roll up and secure with a toothpick.
