Savoury pie with radicchio and speck ham

puff pastry: 1 sheet
pre-cooked radicchio (see recipe): 200 gr
cubed speck: 120 gr
cooking cream: 100 ml
eggs: 2
Parmigiano cheese: 20 gr
milk: 50 ml
salt: to taste
pepper: to taste
Method
Calories: 326
Beat the eggs, cream, grated cheese and milk in a bowl with some salt and pepper.
Remove the paddle from the bowl.
Roll out the puff pastry with the greaseproof paper underneath it on the bottom of the bowl and prick the bottom with the tines of a fork.
Put the cubed speck and cooked radicchio in the bottom (see the recipe for "Radicchio sauce"). Pour the egg mixture evenly over the radicchio.
Roll the edges of the dough towards the middle and using a pair of scissors, cut off the excess greaseproof paper (it is a good idea to leave a few parts for turning the savoury pie and removing it).
Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 23 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
For more uniform cooking, after about 15 min turn the pie 180° using the greaseproof paper.
