  • salmon fillet: 500
  • Coarse salt: 1 kg


Calories: 450

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the greaseproof paper in the bottom of the bowl and put the salmon on top of it with the skin side up. Cover with coarse salt.
  3. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. When finished cooking, remove the salt from the fish and serve with a drizzle of oil.
