Remove the paddle from the bowl.
Put the salted and peppered salmon fillet inside (skin side down).
Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button. Once it is cooked, remove from the bowl and allow to cool.
In the same bowl, set the paddle and add the butter, a clove of garlic, the previously boiled spinach, pine nuts, salt and pepper. Select the POT program, set power level 4, set the cooking time to 10 minutes and cook adding water if it starts to dry out too much.
Roll out the puff pastry (with the greaseproof paper underneath) on a work surface. Arrange the salmon in the centre (removing the skin once it has cooled) and cover with spinach and pine nuts.
Brush all 4 sides of the puff pastry with beaten egg and lay the other sheet on top to make a strudel. Press the sides together well and cut off the excess pastry.
Make small cuts in the pastry for steam to escape during cooking and brush with egg.
Put the strudel with the greaseproof paper underneath it in the bowl (without the paddle), close the lid, select the "OVEN" program, set power level 2, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
Let cool a little before slicing.
