Ingredients

  • semolina: 100 gr
  • Milk 3.2%: 500 ml
  • Water: 500 ml
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1 pinch

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Put the milk, water, semolina, sugar and salt in the bowl.
  3. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, set power level 2, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. At the end of cooking add the butter, stir and serve.
  5. Variation: you can also add dried fruit or jam
