  • cod fillet: 400 gr
  • cherry tomatoes: 250 g
  • diced potatoes: 350 gr
  • Taggiasca olives: 100 gr
  • salt: to taste
  • garlic: 1 clove
  • olive oil: lev 3

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the cod in the centre. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, olives, diced potatoes, garlic clove, oil and salt.
  3. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Mix the vegetables periodically using a wooden spoon. The cooking time may vary depending upon the size of the potato pieces.
