  • beef: 750g
  • potatoes: 350g
  • diced or crushed tomato in a can: 350g
  • beef or vegetable stock: 200ml
  • onion: 1
  • celery: 1
  • carrots: 1
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • sunflower oil: lev 5

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Dice the celery, carrot and onion and put inside the bowl along with the oil.
  3. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 50 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes then add the cubed meat, stock, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the meat for another 10-15 minutes and add the potatoes and canned tomato.
  6. Finish cooking for the set time, lowering the power level if necessary and adding hot water if the sauce gets too dry.
