Ingredients
beef: 750g
potatoes: 350g
diced or crushed tomato in a can: 350g
beef or vegetable stock: 200ml
onion: 1
celery: 1
carrots: 1
salt: to taste
pepper: to taste
sunflower oil: lev 5
Method
Calories: 339
Insert the paddle in the bowl.
Dice the celery, carrot and onion and put inside the bowl along with the oil.
Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 50 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
Sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes then add the cubed meat, stock, salt and pepper.
Cook the meat for another 10-15 minutes and add the potatoes and canned tomato.
Finish cooking for the set time, lowering the power level if necessary and adding hot water if the sauce gets too dry.
