  • Pumpkin: 400 g
  • Carrots: 1
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Dried herbs (basil, rosemary, marjoram): 1 tablespoon
  • Coarse sea salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste

  1. Wash and peel the pumpkin and carrots and cut in 1.5 cm slices.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Cover the bottom of the bowl with greaseproof paper.
  4. Brush the pumpkin and carrot slices with olive oil, place in the bowl and sprinkle with pepper, herbs and salt.
  5. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 3, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. Serve as either a side dish or add to a salad.
