  • Ingredients for the crust::
  • flour: 600gr
  • margarine: 350gr
  • sugar: 150 gr
  • eggs: 2
  • Ingredients for the filling::
  • breadcrumbs: 50gr
  • apples: 3
  • raisins: 75gr
  • sugar: 75gr
  • cinnamon (teaspoon): 1

  1. Put the flour, sugar, eggs, and margarine that was just removed from the refrigerator and cut into pieces, in the mixer.
  2. Blend all of the ingredients until the dough is compact and fairly elastic. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least a half hour.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Roll out 2/3 of the crust to about 3-4 mm thick. Line the buttered and floured bowl with the crust, making sure the sides stick well. The dough on the sides should be at least 2 cm high.
  5. Put the bread crumbs, sliced apples, sugar, raisins and cinnamon inside, cover with the remaining crust and make slices in to top to allow the steam to escape.
  6. Close the lid, select the CAKE program, set power level 2, set 60 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  7. Once it is cooled, put on a plate and serve.
