  • rectangular puff pastry: 1
  • mixed cheeses (parmigiano - provola - emmenthal - gorgonzola): 250gr
  • poppy seeds: to taste

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut in 4 equal parts. Fill each rectangle with the cheeses and close the pastry sealing the borders well so that they don't open during cooking. Brush the surface of each one with water and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  3. Put the greaseproof paper inside the bowl, put 2 or 4 pastries on top of the paper (depending on size), close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
