  • Tomatoes: 4
  • Bread crumbs: 80 gr
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Marjoram: 2 sprigs
  • Rosemary: 1 sprig
  • Chopped parsley: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Olive oil: to taste
  • Butter: to taste

  1. First, cut the top off the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Put all of the other ingredients (except the butter) in a separate bowl and mix together. The mixture should be rather crumbly.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the tomatoes in the bowl, salt and fill them with the previously prepared mixture and put a pat of butter on top of each one.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3 and press the on/off button. The bottom heating element must be off. Cook for 20 min depending on the size of the tomatoes.
  5. Once cooked they can be eaten hot or warm.
