  • Lamb cut in pieces: 1 kg
  • Fresh potatoes: 600 gr
  • Sunflower seed oil: lev 5
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Sage, rosemary, thyme: 2 tablespoons
  • White wine: 1/2 glass

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the lamb, oil, sage, rosemary and thyme in the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 4 min.
  3. Add the wine and cook for another 6 min.
  4. Add the potatoes cut in pieces, salt and pepper and cook for another 35 minutes, stirring the potatoes by hand 2-3 times during cooking.
