  • tuna steaks: 600gr
  • Tropea red onion: 1
  • diced tomatoes: 200 gr
  • pitted black olives: 50 gr
  • desalted capers: 20 gr
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • parsley: to taste

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the sliced onion, tomato, olives and capers in the bowl.
  3. Close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes then stir the cooked sauce and add the tuna slices and salt and pepper.
  5. Close the lid and cook the fish for 10 minutes, turning it about halfway through cooking.
  6. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
