  • Pork slices: 4
  • Butter: 40 gr
  • Flour : to taste
  • Head of radicchio: 1
  • Salt: to taste

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Beat the pork slices and cut the radicchio in pieces. Put the butter in the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 2 min.
  3. Add the previously floured and salted pork slices (right on top of the radicchio) and cook for another 6 min. Turn them over after 3 min.
  4. Remove the slices, place them on a serving plate and cover with the radicchio sauce from the bottom of the bowl.
