  • Ingredients for 16 saltimbocca:
  • Veal, 70-80 gr each: 16 slices
  • Parma ham: 16 slices
  • Sage: 16 leaves
  • Butter: 20 gr
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste

  1. Put the meat slices in a sheet of baking paper and beat each slice with a meat tenderiser. Lay a slice of ham over the meat, then add a washed sage leaf, roll up and close with a toothpick.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the butter in the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Melt the butter for 2 min.
  4. Add the meat and cook for a total of 6 min.
