Salted salmon

  • Salmon fillet: 500 gr
  • Coarse salt: 1 kg


  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the greaseproof paper in the bottom of the bowl and put the salmon on top of it with the skin side up. Cover with coarse salt.
  3. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button
  4. Cook for 25/30 minutes. When finished cooking, remove the salt from the fish and serve with a drizzle of oil.
