Puff pastry: 1 roll
Sautéed mushrooms: 200 gr
Diced bacon: 150 gr
Mozzarella: 1
Eggs: 2
Grana Padano cheese: 10 gr
Milk: 100 ml
Salt: to taste
Pepper: to taste
Method
Calories: 389
Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Remove the paddle from the bowl.
Roll out the puff pastry with the baking paper underneath it and prick the bottom with the tines of a fork.
Put the bacon, mushrooms and diced mozzarella in the bottom; pour the egg mixture on top, distributing it well.
Roll the edges of the dough towards the middle and using a pair of scissors, cut off the excess baking paper (it is a good idea to leave a few parts for turning the quiche and removing it).
Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 15 min.
Turn the quiche 180° (using the baking paper) and cook for another 8 min.
