Ingredients
fresh potatoes: 750gr
peppers: 1
onion: 1
peanut oil: lev 3
salt: to taste
basil: to taste
Low-fat yoghurt: 50 gr
mayonnaise: 50 gr
ketchup: 20 gr
sweet paprika: 1 pinch
Method
Calories: 362
Insert the paddle in the bowl.
Wash the potatoes and put in cold water mixed with baking soda for 15 min, then brush well under running water.
Cut in pieces and put in the bowl along with the oil
Close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
Cook the potatoes for 15 min then add the cubed pepper and sliced potato. Sprinkle with salt.
Cook for another 15 min then sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.
Finish cooking for another 5 min.
If you wish to serve the potatoes with the yoghurt sauce, just mix all of the ingredients together to make a creamy sauce
