  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Lay the sheet of aluminium inside the bowl and put the cleaned and skinned monkfish inside
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, olives, capers, oil and salt to taste
  4. Close the aluminium, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook the monkfish for about 40 minutes (depending on the size of the fish).
