  • Whole chicken: 1 kg
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Hot pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil: lev. 5


  1. Clean the chicken and cut in half along the breast. Flatten it out on the work surface and then massage with oil and herbs.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Insert the chicken, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4 and press the on/off button. The bottom heating element must be off.
  4. Cook the chicken for 35 minutes.
  5. Turn the chicken and cook for another 25 minutes
