  • Cod fillet: 400 gr
  • Eggs: 2
  • Flour: to taste
  • Breadcrumbs: to taste
  • Parsley: to taste
  • Chives: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Olive oil: lev. 5


  1. Clean the cod and cut into pieces of the desired size.
  2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl with a little salt. In another bowl put the flour and in a third put a mixtures of bread crumbs, parsley and chives.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Pour the oil in the bowl and spread it over the surface.
  5. Dredge each piece of cod first in the flour, then the egg and then the bread crumbs, then place inside the bowl.
  6. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes
  8. Turn the fish over and cook for another 6 minutes. Ideal served with a sauce (yoghurt, mayonnaise, etc.)
