  • Fresh potatoes (to peel): 1250 gr
  • Sweet paprika: 10 gr
  • Tomato sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Red wine vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • Peanut oil: lev 5
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

  1. Peel the potatoes and dice them so they measure 1 cm per side. Rinse the potatoes under running water for a few minutes. Drain them and dry with paper towels.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the potatoes, rosemary and just the right amount of oil in the bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 25 min.
  5. Add the paprika, tomato sauce and vinegar and cook for another 10 min.
  6. When finished, make tapas by sticking toothpicks in the potatoes.
