  • Beef: 1kg
  • Onions: 500 gr
  • Mushrooms: 500 gr
  • Sour cream: 150 gr
  • Butter: 50 gr
  • Beef broth: 100 gr
  • Salt, pepper: to taste
  • Paprika: 2 tablespoons
  • Flour: to taste

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Slice the onions very fine, then clean the mushrooms well and slice. Cut the meat into strips about 5 cm long.
  3. Put the butter, onion and mushrooms in the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 10 min.
  4. Add the floured meat, paprika, broth, salt and pepper and cook for another 10 min.
  5. Add the cream and finish cooking for another 5 minutes or until it has reached the desired doneness.
