Ingredients
Deboned chicken: 800 gr
Mixed minced meat: 300 gr
Sausage: 150 gr
Stale bread: 80 gr
Chopped parsley: 1 tablespoon
Method
Calories: 695
Debone the chicken (or have the butcher do it).
Prepare the stuffing. Put the sausage, stale bread that has been soaked in milk to soften, parsley, eggs, Grana Padano cheese, salt and pepper in a food processor and mix until uniform and compact.
Stuff the deboned chicken and tie with kitchen twine so the stuffing does not escape.
Remove the paddle from the bowl.
Put the chicken inside the bowl, add the chopped potatoes, oil, salt and pepper. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 60 min., stirring the potatoes 2-3 times so they cook evenly and turning the chicken over halfway through cooking.
