Why am I not getting enough ground coffee when I choose the ’Maximum’ dosage setting on my La Specialista Arte ?

If you find you are not getting enough grounds in the basket, make sure the X2 is selected when using the double filter basket.

If you still feel the amount is under what it should be, you can try to resolve this by selecting the 2nd range for extra grinding.

To do this, follow the steps below:
1) Press and hold simultaneously the X1, X2, and temperature button for 3 seconds.
2) Turn the beverage selector dial to ' Americano '.
3) Press the temperature button until the middle light is illuminated.
4) Press the OK button to save the change.

The unit is now set for extra grinding. You will need to readjust the dosage dial to deliver the right amount of coffee grounds.
