You can ship to another address besides your own. When prompted to fill out shipping information, specify the shipping address you wish to send your purchase. When prompted for the billing address, fill out your own address.
FREE delivery for all orders.
- The estimated time for delivery will be between 3 to 10 business days
- Delivery is Monday to Friday, we do not currently offer weekend delivery
- Your order may be shipped in multiple packages as items are ready
After you complete your transaction, an e-mail containing the order confirmation number will be sent to your specified e-mail address.
The purpose of this policy is to set out the circumstances under which De'Longhi will accept return of De'Longhi Group products from online shop sales.
De'Longhi is committed to compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Competition and Consumer Act and Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not exclude or modify the statutory rights or liability of any party.

If your goods remain boxed and unopened you may return them within 30 days for a full refund on the price of the product(s).
If you notice any damage to your goods please notify customer support at the time of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time. If you notice any damage to your goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery please notify us immediately by contacting customer support on 1800 126 659 between Monday and Friday 9am - 5pm or use our contact form, evidence of damage may be required i.e. photographs.
If your goods are deemed faulty within a reasonable period we may replace them free of charge or refer you to your nearest approved service centre.

- De'Longhi will not accept returns that have been damaged by the account customer or end user.
- De'Longhi online order; if you are not satisfied you may return your product for a full refund by completing a claim within 30 days of receiving your order. (Full terms and conditions)
- De'Longhi will not accept returns from account customer for change of mind or that not have been sold to the end user e.g. aged stock or stock rotation.
- All requests to return the appliance to be completed on the form that will be provided including a copy of the end users purchase receipt.
- Where De'Longhi accepts the request to return the appliance, De'Longhi shall provide a GRA number and provide instructions on the collection of the items.

To be eligible to claim the offer, you must have purchased an Eligible De'Longhi product (defined in clause 3) from De'Longhi: at www.delonghi.com/en-au/; or
by phone, email or Live Chat from De'Longhi’s Customer Care team; or
Eligible De'Longhi products are all De'Longhi consumer machines.
Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, where a presentation case has been personalised, a refund cannot be claimed under this offer.
To be eligible to claim under this offer:
The product must have been used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the instructions supplied; and
the product, all accessories and any gifts or bonus products must be returned undamaged, in full working order (unless an issue is due to a manufacturing fault), in original packaging and with original proof of purchase; and
You must produce such evidence as is reasonably required by De'Longhi to establish that the product is not subject to any hire purchase, lease, rental or other agreement, a result of which being that another party has an interest in or charge over the product.
To be eligible for a refund under this offer, you must contact De'Longhi’s Customer Care team by phone at 1800 126 659 and lodge your claim within 30 days of purchase.
De'Longhi reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims made in connection with this offer. If your claim is assessed as valid, De'Longhi will provide you with instructions on how to return your machine to De'Longhi’s Australian premises. De'Longhi will cover the cost of delivery of the product within Australia.
De'Longhi has absolute discretion to determine whether these Terms and Conditions have been satisfied entitling you to a refund under this offer.
The product, all accessories and any gifts or bonus products must be returned undamaged, in full working order, in original packaging and with original proof of purchase.
If authorised by De'Longhi, allow 15 business days to receive the refund from the date of authorisation.
This offer is in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
De'Longhi reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, De'Longhi excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotional offer, including any claim form that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by De'Longhi) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of De'Longhi.
De'Longhi’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
