De’Longhi’s Roto Fryer featured in the Journal de Quebec (a French Canadian Publication) providing details on a number of its features including: cool touch, uses 50% less oil, and the “dip and rotate” function.
This Delonghi deep fryer features a patented rotating basket that allows you to use half the amount of oil normally required, without sacrificing taste. The whole process makes surprisingly non-greasy food because the oil is heated evenly to the correct temperature.
