All products sold by De’Longhi Korea under the brands De`Longhi, KENWOOD or BRAUN are developed for 220V-60Hz, and are fully certified.
This is acknowledged by the presence of the Korean certification label placed on every product.
De’Longhi Korea offers a 1 year guarantee on all its products with Korean certification, valid from the date of purchase.
Some overseas vendors are selling via the main Korean e-commerce sites some of the De`Longhi group products.
These products have not been developed for Korean electric network 220V-60Hz and their performance and safety might be affected in Korea. These products are not certified for Korea and have no certification label.
The De`Longhi group and De’Longhi Korea will decline all responsibility on these non Korea-certified products in case of damage, low performance and other safety risks when used in Korea.
