  • topla voda (38° - 43° C): 1 dl
  • aktivni suhi kvasac: 1/4 čajne žličice
  • višenamjensko brašno: 120 g
  • sol: 1/2 čajne žličice
  • maslinovo ulje: 1 jušna žlica
  • umak marinara: 1 dl
  • sušeni origano: 1/2 čajne žličice
  • komadići mozzarelle: 120 g

Method

  1. Put the flour in a mixing bowl, make a well in the centre and add all of the other ingredients.
  2. Knead with your hands until the dough is smooth and soft, shape it into a ball and let it rise in a bowl with flour sprinkled on the bottom.
  3. Cover with a clean cloth and set in a warm location, away from air currents. After it has risen for about 1 hour, roll out the pizza
  4. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  5. Oil the bottom and roll the pizza dough on top. Spread with tomato sauce, a pinch of salt and oregano.
  6. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 2, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  7. After it has been cooking for 15 minutes, add the diced mozzarella
  8. After another 10 mins, turn the pizza 180°
  9. Cook for another 10 min.
