  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water, drain, mash and allow to cool.
  2. Once cool, put in a bowl and mix in the eggs, grated cheese, salt, ground pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Mix the ingredients well and then take a heaping spoonful of the mixture, put a piece of mozzarella and a piece of cooked ham inside and seal well.
  4. Dip each croquette in beaten egg and bread crumbs. (For a crunchier coating we recommend breading each croquette twice).
  5. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  6. Pour the oil inside the bowl, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 45 min and press the program start/stop button.
  7. Heat the oil for 1 minute.
  8. Put the croquettes inside the bowl and cook for the set time, turning 2-3 times for uniform browning.
