  1. Insert the paddle into the Multifry bowl and add the oil.
  2. Toss the chicken, flour, and salt in a medium bowl until the chicken is well coated.
  3. Place the chicken in one layer into the Multifry bowl. Close the lid, set the power level to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  4. Cook until the chicken just begins to brown, about 12 minutes.
  5. Drain the pineapple reserving the pineapple liquid. (You should have about 1 cup liquid.) Add pineapple chunks, curry, and ginger to the chicken in the Multifry bowl; cook 3 minutes.
  6. Whisk together the reserved pineapple liquid, cornstarch, and soy sauce in a small bowl until the cornstarch is dissolved. Close the lid and cook until the chicken the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thickened, about 3 minutes longer.
