Chicken nuggets with soy

  1. Insert the paddle into the Multifry bowl. Add the oil and onion. Close the lid; set the power level to position 4.
  2. Press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Saute the onion until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the broth and potatoes. Close the lid and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 25 minutes. Add the chicken and cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes longer.
  4. Add the sprouts and soy sauce and heat through.


  • Olive oil: lev. 4
  • onion, thinly sliced: 1 medium
  • chicken broth: 2 cups
  • Yukon-Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed: 1 lb.
  • skinless boneless chicken breasts, cubed: 1 1/2 lbs.
  • mung bean sprouts: 1/4 pound
  • soy sauce: 1 Tbs.
