  1. Whisk together the eggs, flour, and Worcestershire in a medium bowl. Place the bread crumbs in a pie plate or shallow bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the pork with the salt; dip into the egg mixture then into the bread crumbs, pressing to adhere.
  3. Remove the paddle from the Multifry bowl and add the oil. Close the lid and set the power level dial to position 4. Press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  4. Let the oil heat until hot, about 1 minute. Add the pork and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and crisp, about 10 minutes.
