A healthier, sweeter way to enjoy your latte.
- ½ oz raw honey
- Double shot of brewed espresso
- 6 oz soy milk (or alternative milk of choice)
- Add ½ oz honey to an 8oz glass
- Top with a double shot of espresso and stir
- Steam the soy milk and pour over the honey, espresso mix
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top
