  1. Put the yeast and sugar in warm water and let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the flour, butter cut into pieces and salt in a bowl. Add the milk, yeast and sugar mixture, knead the dough, shape into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for at least 40 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, grate the vegetables (for each type of vegetable add a half of a chopped onion) and add salt and pepper.
  4. Flour the work surface and roll out the dough. Use a glass to cut into circles, add the pumpkin or courgette filling in the middle, cover with another circle of dough and seal the edges. Continue until all ingredients have been used.
  5. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  6. Put some fritters in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  7. Cook for 20 minutes, turning the fritters about halfway through cooking.

  • courgettes: 250 gr
  • pumpkin: 250 gr
  • medium onion: 1
  • pepper: to taste
