  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the leek and spread it over the bottom of the bowl with the oil.
  3. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 3 min.
  4. Add the previously cleaned and chopped radicchio, the red wine and salt. Cook for another 17 min. Ideal for filling crepes, lasagna, quiches, etc.
