  1. Prepare the lahmacun dough: mix the water with sugar and yeast and let rest for 10 min.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it forms a ball. Let it rest in a warm location away from air currents for 40 min.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Chop the minced meat, onion, garlic, tomatoes, peppers and parsley together then add the tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. The mixture should be rather moist.
  4. Divide the lahmacun dough into 6 equal parts and and roll each ball out to the diameter of the bowl.
  5. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  6. Oil the bottom of the bowl and put a thin disc of pastry inside. Cover the surface with the topping.
  7. Close the lid, set the thermostat to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  8. Cook the pizza for 13 min or depending upon the amount of surface browning desired. When finished, follow the same procedure to cook the other 5 dough disks.

  • minced meat: 250 gr
  • medium onion: 1
  • garlic: 1 clove
  • tomatoes: 2
  • long green peppers: 2
  • parsley: to taste
  • tomato paste: 1 teaspoon
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • water: 150ml
