  1. Mix all of the marinate ingredients together in a bowl. Put the chicken drumsticks in a plastic bag, add the marinade and massage well. Let rest for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. It is better if left overnight.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the meat in the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  4. Cook the meat for 40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, put the remaining marinade in a small pot and reduce to half (a few minutes).
  6. Spread the marinade on the drumsticks when finished cooking and serve.

  • orange marmalade: 50 gr
  • fresh pepper: 1
  • garlic: 2 cloves
  • lemon: half
  • brown sugar: 20 gr
