  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the pork in the middle of the bowl along with the chopped vegetables, season with salt and pepper and pour in some broth.
  3. Close the lid, set the thermostat to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 90 minutes, stirring the vegetables occasionally and turning the meat halfway through cooking. Add broth when necessary to keep everything tender.
