  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the onion and put it in the bowl along with the oil.
  3. Close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  4. Sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes then add the cubed meat, broth, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the meat for another 20 minutes and add the potatoes and tomato.
  6. Finish cooking for another 20-25 minutes, stirring 3-4 times during cooking too keep it from becoming too dry.
