Coffee ricotta dessert

Method

  1. Mix the milk and ricotta cheese until light and frothy
  2. Add the sugar, coffee and rum
  3. Crumble the short-crust biscuits and add them to the mixture together with the chopped candied citron
  4. Divide the mixture among 6 to 8 dessert dishes and garnish with the whole coffee beans
  5. Place in the refrigerator
  6. Serve chilled.

Ingredients

  • 500 g of ricotta
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 cups of espresso coffee
  • 2 shot glasses of rum
  • 4 shortbread biscuits
  • 1 piece of candied citron, chopped
  • A few coffee beans
