  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Rinse the wheat semolina and drain. Pour the semolina in the bowl, pour the milk and water on top, add the butter, salt and sugar as desired.
  3. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, select power level 2, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Serve with marmalade or honey.
