  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the onions and put in the bowl with the oil, close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 50 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. After about 3 mins add the lightly floured meat and the white wine and cook for another 10 min.
  4. Add the frozen peas, stock, salt and pepper and finish cooking.
