  1. First prepare the ingredients. Slice the onion and cut the peppers in strips or squares.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the onion and oil in the bowl, close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 60 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. After 3-4 mins add the peppers, stock, salt and pepper and cook for another 20 min.
  5. Add the tomato and finish cooking for the set time.
