  1. Remove the stalks and make small slices in the upper part of the tomato
  2. Immerse in boiling water for at most 20 seconds then pull them out and remove the skin using a knife.
  3. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  4. Add the peppers to the bowl along with the oil.
  5. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 4, set 13 min and press the program start/stop button.
  6. Cook for 5 min then add the chopped tomatoes.
  7. Cook for another 5 min and then add the egg, salt and pepper.
  8. Lower the power level to 2 and cook for the set time depending upon the desired thickness, stirring once or twice with a wooden spoon for best results.
