  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Clean the chicken and put it in the bowl with the oil.
  3. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 40 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. After about 15 mins or when the chicken is nice and brown, add the chopped celery, carrots, onions, garlic, red wine, salt and pepper and cook for another 5 mins.
  5. Add the tomatoes and olives and finish cooking, turning the chicken pieces 1-2 times to mix the sauce.
  6. Once cooked, add a handful of chopped parsley and serve hot with a side dish of mashed potatoes or polenta.

  • sunflower oil: lev 5
  • red wine: 1 glass
  • peeled tomatoes: 400 gr
  • olives: 50 gr
  • salt, pepper, parsley: to taste
