  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Wash and slice the oranges
  3. Put the wine and rum in the bowl and add all of the other ingredients.
  4. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 2, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. When finished cooking, allow to steep for a half hour.
  6. Strain and pour into a carafe. Garnish with lemon or orange slices.

  • Dry red wine: 750 ml
  • Orange liqueur: 5 tablespoons
  • cloves: 5
  • Honey: 2 tablespoons
  • Oranges: 1
  • Cinnamon: 1
  • Cardamom: 4
  • pepper: 4
